I enjoyed a session of the Face Contour massage at Alara Medical. It was a unique experience that I'm sure some might find uncomfortable or even intrusive as it involves the practitioner inserting their (heavily gloved) thumbs into the mouth to press against the inside of the face. I am currently 8 months pregnant and very swollen, and found that the massage effectively depuffed my face. I've already recommended it to two friends and imagine I'll be back as soon as possible!
